Select Register instead of Login, enter your email, create a password, confirm your date of birth and accept the terms. UK players must be 18 or over. Before your first withdrawal you will be asked to verify your identity with photo ID and a recent proof of address, so it is worth uploading those documents early.

Keeping your account secure

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else, ideally generated by a password manager.
• Never share your login details, and log out on shared or public devices.
• Check the address bar before you type your password: it should show the genuine domain and a padlock.
• If you receive an email asking for your password, do not reply. Support will never ask for it.

Forgotten your password?

Select Forgot password? on the login form and enter your registered email. A reset link arrives within a few minutes; check your spam folder if you cannot see it. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly and choose a new password you have not used before.

Locked out or seeing an error?

Several failed attempts in a row will temporarily lock the account as a security measure. Wait a few minutes before trying again, or contact live chat to unlock it sooner. Self-exclusion and login
