Spinboss keeps its cashier simple for UK players: everything runs in pounds sterling, the minimum is £10 each way, and Spinboss itself charges no fees. Before you can deposit at all, Spinboss must verify your age and identity, which is a UK Gambling Commission rule rather than a house quirk. Once you are through that door, the tables below cover every method on offer.

Spinboss withdrawal methods

Every withdrawal starts with an internal review of up to 24 hours. The timings below apply after Spinboss approves the request.

Fees, currency and the rules of the house

  • GBP only. UK accounts are held in pounds. Keep your e-wallet in GBP as well, or your provider may add a conversion fee.
  • No Spinboss fees. Spinboss does not charge for deposits or withdrawals, though your own bank or wallet provider might.
  • Debit cards only. Credit cards are not accepted, as they have been banned for gambling in Great Britain since 2020.
  • No crypto. Crypto is not available to UK players. The E-wallet Boost (25% up to £100 weekly) is the UK alternative.
  • Closed loop. Spinboss pays back to the method you deposited with wherever possible. That stops money being routed through someone else’s account.
  • Your name only. Every card, wallet and bank account must be in the account holder’s name.

The closed-loop rule matters most if you mix methods. If you deposited by debit card and PayPal, expect Spinboss to return funds to each route roughly in proportion before paying any winnings to your preferred method.

Payment troubleshooting

Most cashier problems come down to a handful of causes. Here are the ones UK players raise with our guide most often.

ProblemLikely causeWhat to do
Deposit declinedBank gambling block, insufficient funds, or a name mismatchCheck your banking app for a block, confirm the card is in your name, try Open Banking or PayPal
Deposit taken but not showingPending authorisation at your bankWait 15 minutes, refresh, then send live chat the transaction reference
Bank gambling blockYou or your bank switched on a gambling spending blockLifting it usually takes a 48-hour cooling-off at your bank; consider why it was set first
PayPal not shown in the cashierAccount not fully verified, or PayPal not yet linked as an eligible methodFinish identity checks and make sure your PayPal is in GBP and in your name
Paysafecard winningsPaysafecard is deposit onlyAdd a UK bank account; Spinboss pays Paysafecard deposits out by bank transfer

A gambling block is often there for a good reason. If you set it yourself, our responsible gaming page has tools that help more than switching it off. For anything stuck after approval, our Spinboss withdrawal problems guide goes deeper, and identity hold-ups are covered in Spinboss KYC verification.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum deposit at Spinboss?

+
The minimum deposit at Spinboss is £10 with every method, including debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and Open Banking. The same £10 is the minimum to qualify for the casino welcome bonus, while the weekly E-wallet Boost needs at least £20 via PayPal, Skrill or Neteller.

Does Spinboss charge fees on deposits or withdrawals?

+
Spinboss does not add its own fees to deposits or withdrawals for UK players. Your bank, card issuer or e-wallet provider may still apply its own charges, for example a currency conversion fee if your e-wallet is held in a currency other than pounds, so keep everything in GBP to avoid surprises.

Can I use a credit card at Spinboss?

+
No. Credit cards have been banned for gambling in Great Britain since April 2020, so Spinboss only accepts Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Credit-funded e-wallet top-ups are also blocked under the same rules. Use a debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or an Open Banking transfer instead.

Does Spinboss accept crypto from UK players?

+
Crypto is not available to UK players at Spinboss. UK accounts are GBP only and use regulated methods such as debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. If you were looking for a crypto bonus, the closest UK option is the E-wallet Boost: a 25% weekly reload up to £100 on PayPal, Skrill or Neteller deposits.

Which Spinboss withdrawal method is fastest?

+
PayPal is usually the quickest, landing within 0–4 hours once Spinboss has approved the request, and debit cards that support Visa Fast Funds can be similar. Every withdrawal first passes an internal review of up to 24 hours, so verifying your account in advance is the biggest speed boost.
