This privacy policy applies to spinboss.uk, an independent guide to Spinboss casino for UK players. It explains how the operator of spinboss.uk (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit the site or contact us. It does not cover the Spinboss casino itself, which is a separate business with its own privacy notice.

We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For the personal data described here, the operator of spinboss.uk is the data controller.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to anyone who browses spinboss.uk, uses our question form, or follows one of our links to the casino. The site is intended only for adults aged 18 or over in Great Britain, as set out in our website terms and conditions.

We are not Spinboss. We have no access to casino accounts, identity documents, payment details or gambling history held by the casino. Any data you give Spinboss when you register, deposit or verify your account is handled by the casino under its own policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect as little as we reasonably can. In practice that means three types of information.

Question form contents

If you use the form on our Spinboss support page, we receive:

  • your name (or whatever name you choose to give);
  • your email address, so we can reply;
  • your message, and anything you include in it.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive details. We never need them and cannot help with account-specific problems.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical data when a page is requested. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running, secure and free from abuse.

Affiliate click data

When you click a “Play”, “Register”, “Login” or “Claim” button, you go through our /play link to the Spinboss casino. This redirect passes a referral identifier so the affiliate network can credit the visit to this site. The identifier tells the network that the click came from spinboss.uk; we do not add your name, email address or other details that identify you directly.

If you go on to register or deposit, the casino and affiliate network may report anonymised or aggregated results back to us, such as the number of sign-ups. We do not receive your casino account details.

3. Cookies

spinboss.uk does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. Any cookies set while you browse our pages are strictly necessary for security or for the site to function, and they do not track you across other websites. Because we use only essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

Once you leave our site through a /play link, the affiliate network and the casino may set their own cookies, for example to record the referral. Those cookies are controlled by them and covered by their privacy and cookie policies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

4. Lawful bases for processing

Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of personal data:

DataPurposeLawful basis
Question form contentsReplying to your questionLegitimate interests (answering enquiries you send us)
Server logsSecurity, preventing abuse, fixing faultsLegitimate interests (running a safe, working website)
Affiliate click dataCrediting referrals to this siteLegitimate interests (funding the guide)
Any data needed for legal claimsMeeting legal obligations or defending claimsLegal obligation / legitimate interests

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your rights and expectations and believe the processing is limited and reasonable. You can object at any time, as explained below.

5. How long we keep data

  • Question form messages: up to 12 months after our last reply, then deleted.
  • Server logs: normally no more than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
  • Affiliate click data: held by the affiliate network under its own retention rules; any aggregated reports we receive do not identify you.

We may keep information longer if the law requires it or if it is needed to deal with a legal claim.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

  • our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, which serves the site and processes server logs;
  • the service that delivers question-form messages to us;
  • the affiliate network, limited to the referral identifier passed through the /play link;
  • authorities or advisers, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

These providers act on our instructions or under their own data protection obligations.

7. International transfers

spinboss.uk is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which operates data centres around the world. As a result, technical data such as IP addresses may be processed outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. Erasure of your data where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
  4. Restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  5. Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  6. Data portability, where it applies.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the form on our support page. We will respond within one month, and there is normally no charge. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by replying to the email address you used.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

Requests about data held by the casino, such as your Spinboss account, verification documents or transactions, must go to Spinboss. Our Spinboss KYC and verification guide explains what the casino typically collects and why.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections and limited access to form messages. No website can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

If we ever become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will take steps to contain it, notify the ICO where the law requires, and tell you directly if the risk to you is high. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

10. Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Gambling is illegal for under-18s in Great Britain, and our responsible gambling page lists free support services for families.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, our providers or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last reviewed. Significant changes will be made clear on the page.

12. Contact

For any privacy question or request, please use the question form on our support page and mention “privacy” in your message. This policy was last reviewed on 6 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Does spinboss.uk use tracking or advertising cookies?

+
No. This guide does not set analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. Any cookies our site uses are strictly necessary for it to work securely. When you follow a play link to the Spinboss casino, the affiliate network and the casino may set their own cookies on their sites, and those are covered by their privacy policies, not ours.

Can you see my Spinboss account details?

+
No. spinboss.uk is an independent guide and has no access to Spinboss accounts, balances, documents or transaction history. The casino holds that data and is responsible for it. If you want a copy of what Spinboss holds about you, or want to exercise your rights over that data, contact the casino directly using its own privacy channels.

How long do you keep messages sent through the question form?

+
We keep question-form messages for up to 12 months after our last reply so we can follow up and spot recurring questions, then delete them. Basic server logs are kept for a much shorter period, normally no more than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security problem. You can ask us to delete your message sooner.

How do I complain about how my data is handled?

+
Please contact us first through the form on our support page and we will try to put things right. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. Complaining to the ICO is free and does not affect any other legal rights you have.

Is my data sent outside the UK?

+
The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which runs a global network, so some technical data may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.
