On this page
A withdrawal that does not arrive when you expected is the single most common complaint about any online casino, and Spinboss is no exception. The reassuring part is that almost every delay has an ordinary explanation. This page covers the usual problems one by one, then gives you a quick symptom table and a checklist to run through before you request your next payout.
As an independent guide, we cannot see or speed up your withdrawal. Only Spinboss support can do that. What we can do is help you work out where the hold-up is likely to be.
How a Spinboss withdrawal normally works
Every payout goes through two stages. First, Spinboss reviews the request internally for up to 24 hours. Then the payment provider moves the money:
| Method | After approval | Per transaction |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | 0–4 hours | £10 – £5,000 |
| Skrill / Neteller | 0–12 hours | £10 – £5,000 |
| Visa / Mastercard debit | 0–2 hours (Fast Funds) or 1–3 business days | £10 – £5,000 |
| Bank transfer | 1–3 business days | £10 – £20,000 |
The minimum withdrawal is £10. Our Spinboss withdrawal times guide has the full detail.
The common problems, one by one
Pending for too long
If your request has been pending for more than 24 hours, the review is probably waiting on something. Check your email (and spam folder) for a Spinboss message asking for documents. If there is nothing, ask live chat whether the review is complete and what stage the payment is at.
Rejected withdrawal
A rejection usually means a mismatch: the payment details are not in your name, the account is not fully verified, or the amount breaks a limit. The money goes back to your balance. Ask chat for the exact reason before trying again.
Small details matter here. A bank account opened under a maiden name, a PayPal account registered to an old address, or a joint account where your name is second can all trip the check. If any of these apply, mention it to support up front and send a document that links the two names or addresses, such as a recent bank statement showing both.
Requested documents
Before a first withdrawal, or once you pass certain thresholds, Spinboss asks for proof of your payment method. That means a card photo with the middle digits covered, or a screenshot of your PayPal or e-wallet account. For larger or fast-rising spend, source of funds documents such as payslips or bank statements may also be needed. Reviews normally take 24–48 hours. See our Spinboss KYC verification guide.
Active bonus forfeits
If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited. Wagering is 10x the bonus amount, so on a £100 bonus you need to wager £1,000 before the bonus funds convert. Read more on our Spinboss wagering requirements page.

Wrong method and the closed loop
Spinboss pays back to the method you deposited with where possible. If you deposited by debit card but ask for PayPal, you may be asked to withdraw to the card first. Paysafecard cannot receive payouts, so those deposits come back by bank transfer.
Expired or replaced card
If your deposit card has expired or been replaced, the payout may bounce. Contact chat, explain the change, and verify a new method in your own name.
Bank blocks
Some UK banks offer gambling blocks on debit cards, and some decline incoming payments they do not recognise. If Spinboss confirms the money was sent but it has not arrived, ask your bank whether a gambling block or fraud filter stopped it.
Limits and partial payouts
Withdrawals are capped at £5,000 per day and £30,000 per month (higher for VIP on request). A larger win is paid in instalments, so a partial payout is normal, not a fault.
Weekend and bank holiday timing
The internal review runs every day, but bank transfers and standard card payouts count business days. A Friday evening request to a bank account may not land until Tuesday or Wednesday. PayPal and e-wallets are usually quickest at weekends.
iNo reverse withdrawals
Spinboss does not offer reverse withdrawals for UK players. Once you request a payout, it cannot be cancelled and gambled again, so double-check the amount first.
Symptom → cause → fix
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Pending over 24 hours | Document request or review queue | Check email; ask live chat |
| Withdrawal rejected | Unverified account or method not in your name | Verify ID and payment method |
| Bonus balance vanished | Withdrew with an active bonus | Complete 10x wagering first next time |
| Paid to a different method | Closed-loop rule | Normal; check the original method |
| Card payout bounced | Card expired or replaced | Verify a new method in your name |
| “Sent” but not received | Bank gambling block or business-day timing | Ask your bank; wait 1–3 business days |
| Only part of the win paid | £5,000 daily limit | Remaining balance follows in instalments |
| Account restricted mid-payout | Affordability check outstanding | Send the requested documents |
Checklist before you request a withdrawal
Run through this list and most delays disappear before they start:
- Identity verified — passport or driving licence and proof of address accepted.
- Payment method verified — card photo or e-wallet screenshot uploaded.
- No active bonus, or wagering finished.
- Same method as your deposit, where possible.
- Card still valid and in your own name.
- Amount within limits — £10 minimum, £5,000 per day.
- No VPN, and you are in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
- Timing considered — avoid relying on a bank transfer over a weekend.
What to tell live chat about a stuck payout
The 24/7 live chat answers in about a minute on average, but the conversation goes faster if you lead with the facts. Give the agent:
- the date and time you requested the withdrawal;
- the amount and the method you chose;
- the status shown in your cashier (pending, approved, rejected);
- whether you have received any document requests by email.
Then ask two direct questions: has the internal review been completed, and if so, when was the payment sent and with what reference? With a reference, your bank or e-wallet can trace the money on its side. Save the chat transcript in case you need it later. Remember that no phone line exists, so treat any site claiming to offer a Spinboss payout hotline with suspicion.
When to escalate
If a withdrawal is still stuck after the review window and payment time, and live chat cannot give a clear reason, open an email ticket for a written record. If that fails, make a formal complaint through the casino’s complaints form. Spinboss must give a final response within 8 weeks, and after that you can take the dispute to IBAS for free. Our Spinboss troubleshooting hub explains the full route, and the account blocked guide covers restrictions that freeze payouts.
